Basically title. Trying to install Win 7 x64 Ultimate on Hyper V using Windows 10 generation 1 VM
I have given it 4GB Ram, installing from ISO. The main computer has Ryzen 2600x, DDR4 16 gigs ram, with 1 bluetooth receiver plugged and 1 another receiver for something else. I doubt it would cause problems considering im installing on VM, as a last resort i can unlug it
I have tried to force restart/shutdown the VM with very little success ( have to restart the entire system, because it otherwise VM wont shutdown ) and editing Registry to set a certain value to 3, which worked for others. Here is the video that i followed, with no success because it says installation is not finished: YouTube
I'm reinstalling for the 3rd time as we speak, i will allow it to run for a few hours maybe it will change
Edit: I didnt know Windows 7 doesnt support Ryzen CPUs
