stuck in sleep

Monitor is stuck in sleep mode
How do you re-boot and what should I do next
Not completely techky
os windows 7
hp m8400f

Turn off and plug out everything.

Plug back in.

Turn on,should boot up.


Then go to control panel>hardware>device manager>keyboard>Right click>Properties>Power management>tick "wake from sleep" box.
