Stuck in updating loop

Last night my computer had a message appear about an auto update, and I postponed the update one hour. Before the one hour was up, I put my computer to sleep.

This morning, the computer was on, but the monitor was in standby. I moved the mouse, and the light on the monitor went from orange to blue, however, the screen stayed black The screen was on and working, but the computer screen was just all black and not responding to anything, so I restarted it. When it started up, before it got to the login screen, a message appeared saying "Installing updates, don't restart".

I left it and came back an hour later, and the screen still said "Installing updates, 35%". In another half hour I saw that it hadn't changed on the percentage, so I restarted it again. When It got past the windows logo, the same message "Installing updates 35% don't restart" was still there, and stayed for half an hour, when I restarted it again.

This time it said "Updates failed, removing updates", so I left the computer. About 15 mins later it changed to "Windows is restarting," when I went out for 2 hours.

When I came back the screen still said "Windows is restarting,", so I turned it off, and started Windows in safe more. I logged in and preformed a system restore. Windows began to shut down and said "System restore in progress." Another hour later, I returned and Windows displayed the same message, nothing had happened.

What do I do to fix this stupid error?
