Solved Stuck Message showing?

When I go to click something, 70% of the time, the option stays.
And you can see a shadow which is on top of everything.

This will now stay here until I turn my laptop off.

Any way to fix this?

Hi, I've just restored my laptop to factory default yesterday, and this has happened since..

Only thing I can think of is, it is asking you to register it with Sony again which it should already be and they won't know you have restored it ?.

There must be a way to disable this, but am not too familiar with Sony laptops.

Not to worry, It was infact doing this with any 'drop down menu' it wasn't about registering with sony. It was just to show you. It hasn't done it since, if it does then I'll contact sony! - Thanks for your help though!
