Stuck rebooting in System Recovery Console

My computer is constantly rebooting in the Recovery Console. I chose this option because I was trying to restart in safe mode, but I didnt see that option, so it was basically a mistake. But now that I have done that, I can not get it to boot back up normally. Also, when I try to use option 1 in Recovery, I put my password in and it says its incorrect. I just want to get my computer to boot back up normally. Can someone help me with this?

Greg, I dont have that CD to put into my PC. It just goes straight to Recovery Console when I power up. And the only option I could really use is the I386 or whatever its called for the command prompts. It tells me to type EXIT to cancel and boot normally, but it doesnt let me. and when I just press enter to restart it just restarts in Recovery Console... Any other things that can work?

Ok the problem i am now having is that when I press F8 the advanced boot options doesnt appear. Some weird blue screen pops up. Im confused

Then you'll need to use Recovery Options on the Win7 DVD or System Repair Disc - Create. You can make the Repair Disk on any WIn7 computer for your version, or download the installer DVD official ISO from the web to burn to DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.
