stuk on completing ahhrrr!!

hi, have been trying to install windows 7 RC(its beeen driving me crazy!!):mad:, i have only the mouse in the usb port... and the keyboard is in the ..purple slot for a keyboard..(cant remember the name)
anyway it allways gets stuck on completing ( i have installed with the dvd on other pc including this one) . trying to install a clean system..:cry: it did work before.

ANY help is appreciated!

its not freezing, just gets stuck on completing, and deosnt move forward, have also left the installation running for hours... then it crashes (i think) cose the raid0 has erros in it. i have used this disc on this pc with raid0 and a laptop (4yrs old) and no problems... i have whiped the discs using xp repair option. :mad:

Its the RAID and i will bet its 64bit.

:( 32bit and the installation has worked about 10X* with the settings


well i tried loading the raid0 driver ... just made matters worse.. ahwell ill try installing vista then upgrading or something

hey zigzag3143, you were right about the raid config. but like i said it worked perfect with the raid config in place a few days ago, the only HW upgrade i got was a new case ( i tried unplagging the extra case usb ports) and that didnt do that much. but it worked when there was no raid config. and the hdd are not corruped. i tried using the raid drivers which i never used.. and they just give me an error + blue screen (not the onboard driver).
now all i can do is just dream of raid config :S:cry::huh:

this might help other ppl

unplug usb ports and devices, exept the mouse + keyboard

try clearing cmos

after first restart, then i goes to the "completing bit" take the disc out.. it doesnt seem to use the disc any more.

if it desont change to a bigger resolution and is stuck on completing the installation probly did work out.

and i measured my install time (when it worked) about 18mins* depending on ur pc's specs.

and if any one has any idea on what i could try to get raid0 working again please post :)
