Hi everyone - My name is Chris and I am new to this forum. I was wondering if someone could help me with something I can't figure out in Windows 7. I am trying to drag and drop the order of my sub-folders and I am not able to as I was in previous versions of windows. Is there a way that I can enable explorer to allow me to do this.

Thanks for your help.

hi chris, and welcome to sevenforums,

what exact problems are you having, and with which folders?

windows explorer should allow you to drag and drop as you please...as long as you aren't mucking around with system folders.

That is no longer possible in Windows 7 and if you search you will find much info about it here. It has been discussed ad nauseum.

looks like i misunderstood (again) - no you can't position items within an explorer window, if that's what you mean.
