i dont have time to read the error blue screen message since it goes away so fast but i saw something about bad pool header. i dont know if this helps

Hello Yiannis. The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.

Uninstall AVG. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Uninstall the ASUS bloatware.

  • Start Menu\Programs\ASUS
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\AI Suite II
And, follow it: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/174459-dump-files-configure-windows-create-bsod.html
Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

i have downloaded the Create_Complete_memory_dump_on_BSOD.reg and used it, it is now ready i hope it is the correct one. I have also uninstalled the AVG and installed the other 2 programs you suggested.
For some reason i cannot fully remove the AI suite, it is still in the programs and features. I have tried cc cleaner but still no luck

I have also attached the speccy scrennshot.

I think now i have to wait for another blue screen in order to see the dump files

I have no idea about it; as I always use arctic silver. If you have this one with you, apply it.
Also, as you are opening the computer, clean the inside. Clean the fan grills and air vents. It will help to reduce the heat.

I've always used the "pea" method to ensure a complete smooth application on my cpu.
what does the blue screen have to do with my cpu's thermal paste?
If your cpu does not have a sufficient amount of thermal paste applied, it will overheat and start throwing out BSOD errors......

Method is yours, do whatever you like.

As your zip does not contain any crash dump, it is difficult to understand what made it crash. But the CPU temp is at critical level, which must be taken into control. So it is important to re-apply the thermal paste, and the cleaning. You also need to follow the other suggestions.

If you have created a memory dump, it should be in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP

Unfortunately, your installation is counterfeit, you appear to have a OEM_SLP key on a retail motherboard. Please format and install with a genuine key.
