Sudden recurring BSOD, Win7 Ultimate64x (newly installed)

Hello friends,

My name is Jonathan.

Just recently formatted my HD on my Dell Inspiron 5521. Got rid of Win8 and installed 7. Two days past, and I have installed many previous software I had before, plus all win7 updates and offfice 2010 (haven't updated office). Suffering from sudden, recurring BSOD, happening about 4-5 times a day, different hours. At times while I work, other times haven't been working for a while. Have not a clue to what's causing it. Last things I installed were up to date official drivers for my onboard graphics card and the additional Radeon graphics card that came with the laptop (they were necessary to solve a video playing blur issue).

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-

Please remove Smart Defrag and carry out the steps below.

Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using Crystal Disk Info:
