Remove TunUP Utilities since it could have messed up your system
Windows 7 does not need any 'TuneUp' software or whatsoever related utilities
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Update your Logitech Mouse/Keyboard software, http://www.logitech.com/en-us/support-downloads

Run a scan of Malwarebytes

Run a RAM test http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Code:

Hello Omonoia91, welcome to SF!
I miss the msconfig32 info in your upload.

Your error in the dump looks like you got that last error while playing League of Legends, correct? Did that work well before or is it a new game for this pc?

What I do see is loads of errors with tv-configMg.

Please check:
You may try to boot from Safe Mode to determine the issue.
The error related to "tv-configMg" is most likely caused by hidden device.
Please go to Device Manager, hit View and click show hidden devices, then try to uninstall the hidden devices to have a test.
