Suddenly unable to drag from winrar

Today i turned the guest account on and downloaded a browser extension for firefox and downloaded the spotify client. I am now no longer able to drag files/folders out of winrar to the explorer. I updated winrar to the latest version, and removed the browser extension but the problem still persists, i think it is a permission somewhere preventing me. I have done alot of google searching mostly getting win10 fixs and press esc (which didnt work) I cannot move the items to the task bar (hovering over the folder to open it) or the actual folder itself however i can move it to the desktop but this is a pain and id like to revert it to the way it was before. Any help appreciated, ive started a basic IT college course and am trying to learn as much as i can right now.

Thats a great idea but sadly when i went to do that apparently the protection for all my drives was off. I dont know when they've been off possibly since when i migrated my OS to an SSD so there are no restore points to run off of. However turning them on I've prevented possible future problems so thanks
