Suggestions: we hope Microsoft hears and implements

I've made this thread because I think and hope that the guys at Microsoft have finally made a good step in the right direction with Windows 7. And maybe they're actually looking in on these posts and would listen to us. Overall I think Win 7 is great, and so do a lot of the people here. But maybe they could incorporate a little more tweaks:

1. Keyboard shortcust - I've also used OS X and Ubuntu for quite a time and have grown fond of simple keyboard shortcuts like eject DVD/CD drive, windows switchers(spaces/compiz beryl), and mouse gestures. With XP and Vista, I've had to install thrid party software that do this like CD eject or 3RVX - BTW, on screen displays for volume, brightness, etc are good to add in too - But I think this is something they can incorporate so we wouldn't need to install other software.
2. More Quick-previews - The quick preview for OS X is a great example of this and the previews for Win7 for known files seems to be a good start, but maybe they can include more file types, like graphic files and more data files. Since Windows is revamping its design, might as well put in more effort on the graphics side too.
3. Multi-Touch - Having owned an iphone and a new macbook and having seen Xbox's project Natal, I think windows has got something there. maybe not now when they release the official win 7 but maybe as an update later on? imagine touch gestures replacing the mouse or just plain hand gestures.
4. Time Machine - I was reading one blog about Macs and PCs and he summed it up pretty well, Macs aren't better, they're just better looking and intuitive to use. The best example if time machine, and I think this is where Microsoft/other partner developers can take the lead, Time machine is the same as any other backup application. The only difference is interface. It's very "idiot" proof to use. And although this is good, the one flaw of Time machine is inefficiency to actually backup data. It eats more than it's suppose to on space. making your Backup HD only 40-50% efficient. Maybe developers should just marry the design and interface with current good windows backup apps.

Overall, I'm not asking windows to become and look like OS X, the point here is that if we could incorporate or address these things and make them better, in my opinion, Windows can be ahead of the game.

keyboard shortcuts are nice, and i feel that the windows team has done a great job on them. also- theres a button on your cd drive, thats easier to remember than a key combo.
more previews would be nice, but I dont think that will happen. what would be nice, is if the preview window would autohide when there is no preview available. that would be kickass.
multitouch - as far as im aware, it is already implemented? all of the spin gestures and pinching and dragging are available. On screen keyboard is multitouch aware (hold shift while pressing other keys).
Time machine - implemented via 'previous versions'. right-click a file > properties> previous versions tab. sure its not as pretty, but what do you want, something that works or something thats pretty. also windows 7 has many different backup options, including scheduled backup to external or network drive and creating system images.

Based on what you have said, you really want a MAC. I believe Microsoft has listen to many inputs to get where Windows is today. Unfortunately it can't behave differently for each of us. Talk about bloat if it tried to.
