Suitable MoBo for GTX650 2GB 128BIT

I have this MoBo: ASRock > N68C-GS FX


This MoBo has PCIe V 2.0. The graphic card that I want to install supports PCIe v 3.0. May I know what is the performance if I install this graphic card on PCIe V 2.0 slot?

The difference if any between PCI-E 2 and PCI-E isn't enough to worry about. Get the card and enjoy your games.
