Every so often, say during some intensive work, when I move my cursor over a button on the Superbar, the highlight will stick even when the cursor isn't on it anymore, as if it's still highlighted. If I move my cursor over another button, the same happens. I have to reset explorer to continue.

What the hell's going on?!

I think it's a bug in Windows 7 because I have the same problem. No matter what video card combination I try, what version (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, 32-bit or 64-bit, ATI or Nvidia), I have this same issue when a lot of work is done. I just hope SP1 will correct this bug.

What you're currently doing is the only workaround of which I'm currently aware. Note, that I use the Taskbar buttons in the "Combine only when full" mode and have Quick Launch enabled.

At least I'm not alone! I thought it might have been my ISO.

My taskbar is set to the default settings.

For a bit, I thought it was perhaps the enabling of Quick Launch but I guess that ain't it.
