Superfetch error, "Error 1067: The thread unexpectedly ended."

Hello people who read this,

Note: I am Dutch and my English is not that good.

I got an error from Windows right after a BSOD that Windows unexpectedly closed. Happened 100+ times on my computer, nothing new, seems unsolvable and I could not find a solution for it.
Windows sent me a message that it found a solution for the BSOD. "There is probably a problem with your RAM.". I runned a scan and it hasn't found anything.
When I opened the solution for the millionth time or something, I discovered a button and clicked it. This was the first time I saw the word "Superfetch".
I thought it was just nothing and went on with whatever I did on my computer.

Lately I was thinking that Superfetch could be the thing that keeps 'BSODing' my computer.
I did some research on Google and have found out that the service is called SysMain and a related folder Prefetch. I also found out how to start Superfetch.

When I started it I got this error where it's all about in this thread (it's in Dutch):

Translated:

Can not start the Superfetch-service on Local Computer.

Error 1067: The service unexpectedly ended.

I Googled it many times in different ways, but I was not able to find anything about this problem.

So my question is: What does 'Error 1067' mean and how can I solve it?
Do not worry about the BSOD thing, I got an other thread for that :).

System specs (as far as I know):
OS: Windows 7 Home Premiun 64x
OEM: yes
Computer Model: Compaq Presario CQ71 Notebook PC 410ED
RAM: 3GB
Harddisk: 452GB
Processor: Intel Celeron Dual-Core CPU 1.90 GHz
Manufactorer: Hewlett-Packard

Thanks for all help,

Brent Maas

Another reason for me to get help is because it might solve some BSODs :) (I think it'll solve MEMORY_MANAGEMENT)
