Support/advice for a custom factory reset, have discs

Hi ther I have a 3 1/2 year old custom built desktop thats very very sluggish and needs a complete wipe. I'm just after advice on how to do this as have never done it on a custom before! I have the original windows 7 discs and codes, my motherboard disc also. I don't know where to start and am a bit worried that if i do reset it that ill have to try find the drivers for my gfx card/speakers etc? is this the case or can i locate drivers once my OS is reinstalled? any advice welcome as really dont want to put my OS disc in the pc and completely destroy it! thanks x

To clean install:
1) Clean the HD Drive, using Step one in this tutorial:

2a) clean install with the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk.

Than install driver from

my motherboard disc also.

Than check gigabyte website for up to date drivers.

ok thanks, can i ask what's a OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk??? i only have my windows 7 disk and my MB disk its all i was given
