Suspicious advice re faulty email address

I received an email purporting to come from Mandarin Orange advising that an email address I had
taken from a church web site members list does not exist though the owner of the email says that is incorrect.
I cannot find any references to Mandarin Orange apart from the fruit on Google. Is this a scam email ?

I will not reply to it for obvious reasons. Have contacted the email address owner to advise I think this is
suspicious. Anyone else come across this ?

Hiyya Windy mate don't touch it I get a ton of stuff from some that are using major supermarkets as "venue" for getting info out of you they usually come with a message that says you have won this prize for being... etc etc

Just delete it if you have no idea of where it has come from.

It would appear to me that you are following this rule correctly, but feel you should do more, maybe to help others, don't worry, looking after yourself will help others in the long run anyway
