Suspicious folder or I dont Know about it?

A folder named c4b8a60de1dbb3a8902e85567a has been created with a lock in its icon.
What is it?
Is it safe?
It is created in E drive(my second drive).
There is one more folder as you can see in image at right side.

If your security software does not flag such files -- leave them be. Windows Prime and 3rd party program operations often create such folders and files. If HD bytespace ever becomes an issue, I have a geeky idea that you might or might not like. :)

Am I reading this right no SP1?? which begs the question where did the copy of Windows come from because SP1 has been included with the OS since for ever just about?? and I am a little suspicious now about the authenticity of what you have.

DUDE, When I bought WIN 7, there was no sp1.
I am using it since i bought a new PC.

These folders look like part of windows, these numbers correspond to windows location codes - leave them be

Also of course these could be something created by malware - which is quite possible as you obviously download dubious media (films and TV and you do not bother with security

I will be closing your account as we do not support piracy, and do not want to chance any nasties attempting to attack our system
