Suspicious HOST information - 161.58.195.155 tempdomainname.com

Hi,
I'm having a strange problem with my IE, it ceased to work. When I start it, it consumes 50% of my CPU, but never reaches any destination.
I cleaned my win7 system from pests using most online cleaners, Malwarebytes and MS tool. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both IE8 and IE9, ran cCleaner, but got nowhere.
A few minutes ago I ran HijackThis and discovered the following strange line:

Hosts: 161.58.195.155 tempdomainname.com

Is this a legitimate address? I managed to locate it in my hosts file, but I'm not sure it should be kept.

Found this 161.58.195.155 - Reverse IP Lookup, Websites hosted on 161.58.195.155

Which also states that it is being shared by Download Video from more web sites - Try Replay Media Catcher

Do you have any of that software on your computer?

If you just search with that IP, I got this New Server for applian4 -- applian4.tempdomainname.com

Which appears to be the new server for applian4.
