Swapping Laptops.

Hi all, i have seached for hours but have been unable to find an answer to my exact scenario.
i have just bought a new laptop that came pre installed with Win7 Home Prem (64). My old laptop has Win7 Pro (32). (Retail upgrade from Vista.)
here is what i want to do....

i would like to install Win7 HP on my old laptop (after format) and give it to my Wife, and install Win7 Pro (64) on my new laptop.

can i just use the key from my Pro disc to do an anywhere upgrade on my new laptop????
Can i then use the disc and the Key from my new laptop to install home on my old laptop??

Any suggestions of advice greatly appreciated.

These are probably Mfg OEM versions that are linked directly to the MB of each computer and therfore cannot be moved to another computer.

i purchased the Pro version disk for my "old" laptop to get it off Vista, but my new one came preinstalled... so the really means i need to purchase ANOTHER disc???
