hi
i have two wifi networks,
wifi 1 >> is on 192.168.1.x ip scheme and windows connects to it fine,
wifi 2 >> is on 192.168.43.x ip scheme
and when i disconnect from wifi 1 to connect to wifi 2, windows still shows old ip scheme of 192.168.1.x ip address and i cannot connect to wifi 2 properly. I have to set its ip address manually and then only i can access that network. other devices (phone, tablet) connects fine while switching from wifi 1 to wifi 2, so dhcp is working fine on both wifi.
any suggestions welcome.
thanks

I couldnt understand your Problem Completly.
But as per me researving IP address for your Computer in the Next router would solve your Problem.
Also please check if the router 2 has DHCP enabled in it.

DHCP is working fine in wifi 2. other devices get ip address while connecting to that wifi correctly.
my problem is while switching from wifi 1 to wifi 2 in my laptop, my laptop won't get correct ip address as i said above. So i disable and enable my wifi adapter and sometime it works and sometime it still won't get new ip address. So i have to set it manually.

Try to update the Drivers of wireless in Computer.
Set the power option to Maximum performance for wireless Adapter.

One more thing try to create a new User account and check if the issue occurs. Also please give it a Try in safe mode with networking and let us know the result.
