Symantec Enpoint Protection

I'm having problems loading SEP into my windows 7. My os is 32 bit version. The SEP install gets all the way done, and gets to where it is removing backedup files and the crashes windows 7. (the blue screen). I'm not sure why. Any help would really be great.

Welcome to windows 7 forums!
Go to your start menu type in reliability and click on reliability history. You should see the reports of bsods here. Click on check for solutions. See if microsoft offers a solution.

Also, make sure you have version 11, the version compatible with windows 7.

Thanks for your help. With your help I found that I was using an older version than 11.
