Sync a programme

Hi, everyone, I'm back for more advice! I run the geneology programme Family Historian on my XP desktop and have just loaded it to my windows 7 laptop. How can I sync the two, so that data entered on my desktop computer also shows in the laptop family tree?
I often visit my daughter and would like to work on the family tree on my laptop but I don't want to have to double enter the data each time I update my family tree.

For your application using the sync toy might be best although there are other ways to sync your files with Windows 7.

Thanks for the advice I have visited the windows site and read up a bit more on sync toy it sounds just what I need! Thanks for the advice
