Possible but not easily . Do you want to have one copy of the data, or two copies one in each OS? whats your mail client?

I use outlook in XP and have not setup the windows mail in Win7 yet until i can work out a sync fix, ideally i would have only the one set of data on my third drive which i use for games, documents, photo's and music.

I sorted my problem out, i just installed windows live mail onto both os's and changed both storage locations to the same folder on my 3rd hd, windows live copied all my mail and folders from outlook in xp and both now have the same info.
