syncguid.dat?

I have this file called synguid.dat on my usb. Whenever I delete it, it comes back.
Can you please tell me what it is and how to remove it.

If it keeps appearing then it could possibly be an infection. Download MalwareBytes and perform a Full system scan.

I also have the same problem. I have carried out both spam and malaware checks as you suggested and nothing was found. Any further help would be appreciated.
