SyncUp

My computer is new, I bought it in the last April. But since May the message had appeared: SyncUp has stopped working. However the computer corrects this in the same time, so my computer doesn't stop to work. I'm worried because it is new and this problem can be serious. What could I do?

syncup appears to be a part of nero or a mobile sync app, its not serious ,and as it restarts then dont panic. if you dont use it you could try disable it from starting at start-up.
