Solved syntax for shortcut to "sound" window?

I used to have shortcuts in XP on my desktop that would open the playback and recording mixers. Now with 7 we have this one window called "sound" that you get when you go to control panel and choose "manage audio devices". Does anyone know the pathway to that so i can make a shortcut? I don't know what the executable is called so i can't find it by searching.
