System boot error !!

Hello everyone.My name is Andone Emilian and I have a problem I never had before with my computer and i need your help !
So recently I started to have some problems with my computer,I was thinking i had viruses on my computer so I installed a anti-virus and it found a trojan ...
After the virus been deleted I wanted to be sure that my computer is ok so i reinstaled the windows.Done ... windows reinstaled,everything worked fine till I installed the latest driver for my video card.The thing is after the video card was installing the computer was restarting as it should but ... when to loading screen that is apearing on the windows 7 startup

the image turns black and the computer restarts ... then after the windows starts again its showing me the message with "windows setup repair" so I go for the windows setup repair and there, its showing me that I can restore a working copy of the windows...Done I restored it... Trying again to install that driver ... The same error its appearing ... I checked the log from the setup repair and i saw that it was writing "The computer failed to boot beacose of a new driver or softwere" or something like that ... Even now im writing with out my video card's driver not installed please help meee !!!!

Please let us know which video card is installed on the system. And have you checked a different version of video driver on the system.

Also, check the link below which should help you resolve this issue:

The solution when a driver causes WIn7 to become unbootable is to run System Restore from System Recovery Options on F8 menu, DVD or Repair CD.

If that fails run Startup Repair repeatedly.

If I were you I'd follow these steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 since you didn't handle drivers correctly as they are handled with the first driver-complete OS. So follow the steps exactly, especially as they pertain to drivers.
