My system clock is showing Pacific Standard Time and there is no Check Box for daylight time.
I found the suggestion of applying a Restore Point.
I found a restore point from 3/15/19, 3 days ago. System Restore said I my System Disk has errors.
I followed prompts although I ran chkdsk with both options unchecked:
1) Automatically fix file system errors
2) Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors
The chkdsk results returned say the device error free and is ready to use.
Do I simply set the clock to Alaska time until November? It seems the most expedient fix.
Are there more 'elegant' options?
thanks,
baumgrenze
