You were given a series of steps to complete. Where is the report back on each of those steps? You did come here for your help, right?
 
doing that on one of the Hard drives atm.
from fresh install atm looks stable with dpcchecker
where as before for what ever reasons it was red yellow green red yellow green

5 days no crashes, haven't installed any of the Microsoft Compatibility updates, safe to say it looks 100% that one of them caused the problem, at-least i have a Backup PSU unit now which didn't need to be fitted :)

Run long enough with each of those installed singly to pinpoint the one causing the problem. If problem recurs use the System Restore point to get before it, post back the Update to our Updates forum for assistance. MS also supports Windows Updates via email support.

There's a chance something else about the reinstall which helped, especially if you stuck with these same steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
