system information problem

I'm running windows 7 ultimate 32bit on my laptop. my computers system information keeps poping up on my home screen I have mcafee and malware bytes on my computer and both of them say my system is clean. it got wondering if some one hacked my computer

when it pops up again i will send it. its not from the net its showing my computers serial number and system info like what version of windows I'm running and computer specs thanks for your help

Run Shields-Up to test the vulnerability of your modem/router ports to intrusion. https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

You are looking for all your ports to be closed and/or in Stealth mode. It doesn take long to run - choose the all service ports option as shown below.
