system information problem

I'm running windows 7 ultimate 32bit on my laptop. my computers system information keeps poping up on my home screen I have mcafee and malware bytes on my computer and both of them say my system is clean. it got wondering if some one hacked my computer

Run Shields-Up to test the vulnerability of your modem/router ports to intrusion. https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

You are looking for all your ports to be closed and/or in Stealth mode. It doesn take long to run - choose the all service ports option as shown below.
