System Interrupts

Hello!

I have constant 8% CPU usage in Windows 7. It does not show up under any particular process in Task Manager. Resource Monitor says that it is System Interrupts. I suspect this is a driver issue -- is there a way to get more detail on what is sending interrupts to the CPU?

I am having a similar issue. You can download and installed Process Explorer (chances are it will display a steady spike in hardware interrupts). There is a tool called RATTV3 that is supposed to display what file(s) is causing the interrupts but unfortunately the report displays a blank value (known bug and no updates available). So I am stuck. I need to find an application that will pin point this file so I can move on with my life HAHAHA
