System not coming up

When I turn the computer does not display anything on the monitor.Sometimes after a few minutes, about 20 minutes windows comes up and it works very well without any defect.Sometimes not at all above mentioned.




My computer problem is only in the initial Kindle But the Kindle works well.
Power is the problem?

are you getting any aditional beeps? which may hint at the issue.

try removing the cmos battery. it will cause the bios to revert to default setting.
