System random crashes & freezing

This has been happening fro a while it is driving crazy, please help I did clean installagain thinking this would help. Thanks

1 memory dump from 3 weeks ago? Are there others?

pcouffin.sys is in the stack text of the memory dump - so I'd have to suspect the CD/DVD program that's using it.

Also, please remove or update these older drivers that were loaded at the time of the crash. Don't use Windows Update or the Update drivers function of Device Manager.

It seems that you have an Asus P5K3 motherboard. There have been issues with the memory settings/timings/voltages with Win7 of these series of motherboards. I would set the settings/timings/voltages for your memory to the specifications from the Kingston support website (in other words, DON'T use the the "Auto" setting).

The reports indicate you are having issues with these devices:

Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\4&23F9C1E3&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

MiniKit Slim - enu USB\VID_19CF&PID_0001\5&3A5B01F9&0&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

The first one is your keyboard. This shows up quite often, but still bears looking into. Check Device Manager to see if it's listed there.
The second one is made by a company called Parrot - and they either make wireless/bluetooth devices or modems (here's what I think it is: Parrot Shopping: Plug N' Play Hands Free Car Kits - Parrot Minikit Slim ) Please install Windows 7 compatible drivers for the device - or remove it.

Parrot Audio Configuration starts when your computer starts - please remove it from the Autorun entry until we're finished troubleshooting.

Please uninstall the Catalyst Control Center from Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program. It's known to cause issues in some cases, so it's best to leave it uninstalled (there's a "driver only" option below it when downloading updated video drivers from the ATI website).
