Hi All,

I have a problem with my system where windows 7 Prof is installed. And this is configured as a domain user. The system reboots every once or twice a day. In this system there will be two user's logging like one will be working in the morning shift and the other will be working in night shift. Well there is some with the one who works in the morning shift, the system reboots for every 2 hrs or 3 hrs. but this does not happen with the one who works on the same machine in the evening. Here is the error mess which i find in the event viewer.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

There are several ways to find what the problem is. The best is to go into event viewer (type eventvwr in search). Event viewer (local) and look for errors listed in the last day, week, etc. Then go to the windows log>application tab. Finally the windows Logs>system tabs.

You want to look for all errors (they have red in the left column ).

When you find them you want to look for critical errors that say app hang, app crash, or anything that relates to the problem.

When you find them please note the event ID, and the source codes and tell us what they are.
