Solved System Recovery Stopped Functioning Post Windows 10 Downgrade

Thanks for taking the time to forward links to these resources.

The computer does load into the normal Windows mode as well as the safe mode with any issues. I am also able to access the Bootmanager "Recover Your Computer", "Safe Mode", ... etc. list, however running "Recover Your Computer" shows the error below.

I had earlier tried bootable media to recover the computer to the factory image; however, all options end-up with the same error as below.

Code:
Windows failed to start. A Recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your langugae settings, and then click next
3. Click "repair your computer."

Status: 0xc000000e
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

You could try reinstalling DBRM v1.3. (It might offer to repair your existing 1.3 )

In addition you can try another another 3rd party program, such as:

"the standard Windows startup does not load"

What do you mean by that? Can you boot into windows?

Do you mean you can't boot winre from the F8 key?

I think it would be helpful if we knew what exact steps were taken to get W-10 and activate.

I also think it would helpful if we knew what exact steps and media was used to get back to Windows 7 and activated.

InternetUser could you supply us with that information?
Me personally am confused how this whole process was done.

I downloaded the Media Creation tool from the below page on the Microsoft web site:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10

This tool enables people to download an ISO file with the Windows 10 Setup files and then burn a DVD to upgrade the computer as described on this web page:
How To Install Windows 10 Using Retail Media Or An ISO Image

The upgrade to Windows 10 is free for all Windows 7 users and activates automatically after it connects to Microsoft activation server. I was able to upgrade the OEM installed Windows 7 system to Windows 10 successfully; however, the computer would not shut-down after the installation and there were display driver issues as well. I then reverted back to Windows 7 from the Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Go Back To Windows 7 option as described on the below web page:
How to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7 | Windows Central

The system was reset back to Windows 7 without any issues reported, it was not necessary to activate Windows 7 again since it maintained the original activation state. I hope this detailed process steps would help?

It appears that the old Dell Backup & Recovery application is incompatible and has to be updated before upgrading to Windows 10 according to this page:
Dell Backup and Recovery (DBaR) and Windows 10 | Dell US

The text in the note mentions that only a fresh OS install might work in case the rollback from Windows 10 is not successful. I initially reinstalled the Dell Backup application, however this did not solve the issue. The only remaining option was to reinstall the OS using the DVD that came with the system and then use recover the system to earlier state using the backup files.

I also thank all those that tried to help fix the issue.
