System Restore Broken

Hi all

I am having a problem with system restore, i had previously turned
off system restore and now i cant find a way to turn it back on.

I have included a screenshot of me attempting to turn it on,
however - there is no option to do so,

any help would be appreciated.

Worked great lol, i thought that would restore the settings to a previous time, your a star mate thanks alot
