Solved system restore error-(0xc0000022),startup repair says no problem

Hello Guys,thank's for looking,

windows explorer started crashing after i used Bit defender tune up option to optimize registries ,later i restored this,still problem continued,though system restore will help,but starting system restore in safe mode also doesn't solve the issue.

SFC/scannow

Says some problem not able to fix,so i have attached the cbs.log file (the size is bigger the limited size to upload here so i converted it in to pdf,pls forgive me its having lots of pages)

Your advise is much appreciated.

Please go ahead and use OPTION THREE in the tutorial below to create a sfcdetails.txt file, and upload it here. This will only have the SFC details to help make it more readable.

Your log shows only the PINTLGB.IMD file as not being able to be repaired.

This file is for the "Simplified Chinese" keyboard input language. I wouldn't think this would have anything to do with explorer crashing though.

If you don't use it, then there's nothing to worry about to try and manually replace it.

The issue is most likely what was done to your registry when cleaning it with Bitdefender. Did you use a restore point dated before you had this issue?

Surprisingly today so far nothing happened wrong,windows explorer not crashed yet.
Bitdefender itself have the option to restore the registry,i did that.
When i tried to restore the system to earlier point through system restore (safe mode too) i got this error message
unspecified error (0xc0000022)
and said system restore not successful .
I read your repair install tutorial and tried that,within seconds its finished and said no problem
As per your words in the sfc/scannow tutorial i tried second time,still i saw loads of errors in the CBI.log but when i copied the result as txt file as you said only one error was there.

At the moment everything is working fine,i would like to take a complete system image backup so that in future if something happens i can just restore it,before that i would like to check everything is fine,how i can check the system is fine not having any corrupted files etc?

You're most welcome. Hopefully you got it fixed now.

To check for corrupted system files, you would just run the SFC scan again, and look at the sfcdetail.txt file.

You could also look and Reliability Monitor to view your problem history and details.

No word's describe how useful this forum is,i have recommended to my friends,who just take their laptop to repair center for small problems too. I am sure some of the people in repair center some time look here to solve the customer's issues.

You had a few issues in the problems report, but if everything is running fine now, then I wouldn't worry about it.

When you are looking at the log, look for the "Critical" entries like below to also see what it was for.

I think i figured out what caused the problem,before optimizing the registries with Bitdefender i uninstalled some bloatware specially Express gate cloud which came with my Asus laptop,just tried again to uninstall,problem started again-explorer started to crash again.

So i think i have revert back again!!
