System Restore problem

When I try to use System Restore it won't even open. This has been going on for quite some time. I really don't need to restore it at this time, but it would be nice if it was working. I really don't want to do a clean install of windows to get it back, since I have so much stuff to replace. Thanks!!

What happens if you type RSTRUI into start search box?

You could do a repair install if necessary.
