Running a Virtual Machine on a system with only 2 gB of RAM is asking for freezes.
Please monitor the memory usage in Task Manager when you run the Virtual Machine.

Add more memory if possible (up to a maximum of 4 gB for 32 bit systems)

Also, I would set the memory on the virtual machine at 512 mB or lower to help stabilize your system.

Also, in BlueScreenView - check the dates of the drivers that are loaded (in the lower pane). Update anything from 2008 or earlier. Do not use Windows Update or the Update driver function in Device Manager. Visit the website of the manufacturer of the hardware device/program to get the most updated version. There's links to different driver download sites here: Drivers and Downloads
