Hello,
I am trying to uninstall Malwarebytes temporarily on my system and when I go to the control panel under add and remove programs, I get a message that says "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 1.75.0.1300. Please contact your system administrator."

I am the only account on my PC and therefore the administrator. How can this be fixed? :(
The last time this happened a few months back, I wiped my entire PC and started over from scratch. At this point in time, I don't have that kind of time to do that again.

codyw,

When you ask:
How can this be fixed?

Pressuming the issue you want fixed is:
"You do not have sufficient access to uninstall (whatever). Please contact your system administrator."

If that is the case, you may want to look at this Tutorial:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html

As far as:
I am trying to uninstall Malwarebytes temporarily...

Try going to Safe Mode, and see if you can uninstall it from there.

Fine for me...I'm retired!
Thanks for all the responses. It looks like a general reboot fixed the issue. :)
