Hello,
I am trying to uninstall Malwarebytes temporarily on my system and when I go to the control panel under add and remove programs, I get a message that says "You do not have sufficient access to uninstall Malwarebytes Anti-Malware version 1.75.0.1300. Please contact your system administrator."
I am the only account on my PC and therefore the administrator. How can this be fixed?
The last time this happened a few months back, I wiped my entire PC and started over from scratch. At this point in time, I don't have that kind of time to do that again.

codyw ,
When you ask:
Pressuming the issue you want fixed is:
"You do not have sufficient access to uninstall (whatever ). Please contact your system administrator."
If that is the case, you may want to look at this Tutorial:

As far as:
I am trying to uninstall Malwarebytes temporarily ...
Try going to
Safe Mode , and see if you can uninstall it from there.

Thanks for all the responses. It looks like a general reboot fixed the issue.
