SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD at windows 7 startup

hello i do have a problem with my pc i'd like to solve it and thanks in advance for your help
here are my specs
asrock h61m-vs
i5 2400
6GB of ram 1x4GB + 1x2GB
ati hd 5670 1GB DDR5
W7 64 bits
i have a bsod almost every time i start windows:
i have tried to :
update all the drivers to see if it was a driver conflict
restore windows to a state in which there was no bsod
reinstall windows 7 ,
chkdsk /f /r, chkdsk /f etc
memtest86 booted from cd, runned all night long (8 hours) and passed without any problem..
the messages are sometimes memory management, sometimes SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED , page fault in non paged area
but the last one i got after reinstalling windows 7 was SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED ntoskrnl.exe
i dont think the problem comes from the memory sticks as memtest runned perfectly

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

At the same time, you need to run disc check.

  1. Update your SSD's Firmware
  2. Reseat the sata and power.
  3. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
  4. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
    Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.
Uninstall the following programs ....

  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\AsrAppCharger
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\ASRock eXtreme Tuner
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\InstantBoot
  • Start Menu\Programs\Catalyst Control Center
