Solved Systray icons never load after re-install

Hey guys
I am having an extremely annoying problem. ALL my systray icons,except sound,network and ms security essentials are gone, a reboot doesnt fix it, neither does a reload of explorer.exe,BUT if i log off,and log back in,all icons are present and accounted for. Anyone have a solution to fix this permanently? I am getting so tired of it,especially since i never had this problem before.

I have also tried the regedit methof of deleting the "IconStreams" and "PastIconsStream" this also did not help..

Please Run sfc /scan now using option 2 in this tutorial: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Please post back the results.

You may have programs running at startup that is causing this issue. Please see this tutorial to temporary disable them and see if the issue is resolved:

When should i run this? After new boot where icons is missing,or when i have logged out and back in where they are all present?

*UPDATE*

I ran scan on the machine with all icons present after log out/in and on new boot with icons missing,both scans completed 100% windows resource protection did NOT find any problems.

OK, it is fixed. It was a conflict it seems,as i disabled all startup except the ones i needed,and it booted nicely now..

In startup services i have disabled:
adobe switchboard,google updaters, amd external events utility,sony companion and intel management enging.

as these are the only services different from my other 2 pc's with no problems.

In the start elements i have disabled all adobe (updater startup utility,cs6 service manager, SBSV 2010), Keepass, JAVA updater and TM service (Arcsoft TMT5)

And now the systray icons i need are present and accounted for..
