How do I delete tab browsing when “enable tab browsing” is not shown as a choice??

Confirm which Browser your inquiring about,
I can only assume your using ie11 which I never noticed the disabling tab browsing was not an option any more because I never minded it,
But speaking for ie10 which the option is still there I would suggest rolling back to ie10 if disabling tab browsing is that important to you,
