Task manager (glitchy) not showing any options

my Task manager looks very messed up its not showing any of the options to pick. sorry its hard to explain ill post a pic on it.
it acts and looks normal if i go the guest account, so i must have a setting messed up ???? any help would be nice thanks

i think it all started when i installed IE 9 beta but i dont see how that could affect it ?? i really dont like it ether is there a way to get IE 8 back i cant stand the Beta there's so many bugs in it .

That is Small FootPrint Mode. Double click on a blank space (I suggest at the bottom) and it should revert to normal.

hey if i download ie8 if i have ie9 will that work... but i can only find the link to ie8 vista witch im assuming is what windows 7 had anyway right??

or is there an easier way to downgrade to ie8 ???? i just really hate the beat for 9

Uninstall, then just return to 8
