OS Win 7 64bit
I noticed that task manager no longer has any borders, including menus. (I attached an image of TM) I can't remember the last time I used TM, so I have no idea how long it's been like this. This is isolated to TM only. This issue doesn't exist anywhere else that I know of. When I do use TM I usually use it to close a frozen program or to stop a process. Does anyone have any ideas or feedback regarding this issue.Thank you.
