Taskbar buttons flashing

[Aperture]

Is it possible to stop the taskbar buttons from flashing.

I know why this is happening happen but I don't like it nor do I need need it.

Yep, I saw that but was wondering if I could eliminate the blinking entirely.
Seems like there will always at least be one blink.
