How to change the color of icons on the taskbar in Win 7

not possible The icons of the exe or a shortcut must be changed in order to do so

I use "Icon Processor" to change the icons .. this is no problem
Already changed many icons ...... But
The only icon that I can not change is Microsoft Office 2010
More specifically the icon "Microsoft Outlook 2010 (Beta)"

Ahh what I'm suspecting is happening is when you right click -> properties there is not an option to customize the icon. Well this might help is remove the desktop shortcut your using and goto the installation directory, from there right click the exe and paste shortcut onto your desktop. from that shortcut you should be able to change the icon!

Please let me know if that works!

Hello again
This once understood my problem
Their solution is not valid
What I wanted was to know which file I should change in
C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Office
Anybody know what file to modify?

Look inside there for the Micrsoft Word.exe or whatever it may be called, then create a shortcut for it onto your desktop, if that doesnt work post back I'll help you figure this out,

Does not work the shortcut on the desktop
I've tried everything .. from view hidden folders by changing a few icons / files with (Restorator 2007) within the C: / program file / microsoft office
