Taskbar is gone Help!!

Right click on Start and go to Taskbar and see if you have it set to Auto Hide.

press ctrl,alt and delete and select ,start task manager, when task manager opens click the new task button, then in the window that opens type explore.exe,
that should get the task bar back,
if that fails then open task manager again go to processes and scroll to explorer.exe and then press end process.
then repeat the steps above with the new task /explorer.exe.
let us know if it works

In addition to the excellent suggestions above, I would suggest that you try creating a new user to see if the problem is specific to your user and rule out any user corruption. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/181024-user-account-create.html is a good guide for creating a new account.
