Taskbar items disappearing!..

Hi everyone! I'm having this probem with the startmenu and the taskbar, where some of the icons' just disappearing after some reboots. In the startmenu - they get deleted, in the taskbar - they turn white and dead (like in the photo attached)

Anyone knows why windows' trolling me? :huh:

If this issue started occurring after doing some recent software changes on your computer, then I would suggest you to restore your system back to a date when it was working fine. System Restore will affect Windows system files, programs, and registry settings only.

Can't remember when the problem occurred.. Has been there for months.
How about a system repair with the Win7 disk?
